Team Spirit!

CHEER SIGNS:

We are going to do the cheer signs for anyone who wants them, since a majority do. This is not mandatory for everyone, just those who choose to do it! I have already ordered signs for those of you who said you wanted one. For those I haven’t heard from, please let me know so we can get yours ordered! The $8 for each sign is due to Scott Johnson (Dylan’s dad) by Friday. He is usually at practice or you can give the money to me and I will pass it on!

TEAR-AWAY BANNER:

We have also decided to order a tear-away banner for the boys to run through at games. We are asking for each family who wants to be a part of it to contribute a minimum of $8 for this. Since not everyone voted on this, I don’t know how many total contributions we will get. So, any extra contribution is appreciated if you are one who really wants to have this :-). Please also have your money to Scott or myself by Friday for the banner!

GAME SNACKS AND TREATS:

We need each of you to volunteer to bring either a half-time snack or after-game treat to 1 game this season. We will have sign-ups available at practice this week!

SATURDAY!

Just a little reminder about Saturday - Football Day!

- Mandatory Weigh-in at Westlake High School: 8:15 am, bring your helmet - you will receive helmet decals and your jersey!

- Kids Blitz Fundraiser: 10:00-1:00, wear your jersey!

- Movie in the Park at SilverLake Amphitheater: 7:00 pm pre-show (with Coach Williams as the DJ :-), Forever Strong will be shown at dark; wear your jersey and sit with the team!

MANDATORY Weigh-in and Kids Blitz

SATURDAY IS FOOTBALL DAY!

This Saturday, August 15th is MANDATORY WEIGH-IN for all players! Our team must be there, lined up in alphabetical order by 8:15am. If we are not all there for our scheduled weigh-in time, the entire team must wait until all other teams have weighed in (about 9:45). So please be on time! Notify one of the team moms if you will not be there that day so we will know not to wait for you!

If your player does not weigh in on Saturday, there is only one make-up day - August 18th in Lehi. Location and time TBA.

Each player will receive his Jersey and helmet decals at the weigh-in! Please bring your helmet so your decals can be placed.

Following the weigh-in is the "Kids Blitz" fundraiser from 10:00-1:00.

That evening will be a season opening movie in the park party. Time and location TBA.
